We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and a balcony. Balcony and the window to the balcony were covered with spider webs, so unable to open the window. I even saw a few spiders in the room, which I did not like at all. The room was too tiny to open the luggage. I liked the location of the hotel - It was close to a train station, so it was easy to access to the tourist attractions.

This is a hostel, not a hotel. We stayed on the top floor in an en suite corner room with bunkbeds for 4. Very clean. Large bathroom. Otherwise very small room. There were 3 small uncovered but lovely balconies filled with flowers and other flora off of our room which was an unexpected bonus. Only the top floor has these balconies. Great views from the balconies and great areas in good weather. Perfect for a one or two night layover when weather is good. Would want something much larger for a longer stay or a stay in inclement weather.

We had a very comfortable stay in Steel House, it felt more like a hotel than a hostel, and the location was fantastic to be right in the middle of life in Copenhagen. Friendly staff, good facilities (although you pay extra for all of these), but we would return if staying in Copenhagen again.

This is a great hostel. Rooms are cleaned everyday and that’s why the bathroom is nice and clean. I stayed at a room for 4 guests and it had it’s own bathroom. An easy walk to the central train station of Copenhagen and also Tivoli Park and the main square. The atmosphere at the cafeteria is very vibrant. A nice place to stay in Copenhagen if you’re on a budget.

We loved staying at the Steel House! We booked a private room for four people. It was small, but had what we needed. The bar downstairs is lots of fun to hang out at, and the kitchen facility is great! We also loved renting bikes for the day from the hostel - pretty good price too. Great area and easy to get to popular sites in the city as transit is nearby. We didn't pay for any of the amenities other than bikes and kitchen, but there is a pool, gym, etc. that you can pay to use. Great vibes overall!

Excellent hostel

Excellent and quiet hostel in Copenhagen. The women's dorm even has balconies. It is very clean, and they have a digital key system that works very well. Copenhagen has the best hostels I have ever experienced.

It was our first time staying in a Hostel. It meet all our needs for a one night stay in Copenhagen. Warm, comfortable, quiet, plenty of room.

Close to the center, the structure has a lot of service (bar, pool, common space, kitchen) that are really nice and useful. The check in was fast and easy and the locker room in the basement super useful. The room was comfortable and the employees were really nice and helpful. The only negative note were the towel (only 1 each for 4 days), 2 towel per person would have Ben better since the are not really big. The room had some dust on the floor and the surfaces but the bathroom was clean. Overall the experience was really nice.
