"James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. We also got fantastic weather during our stay, which made the whole experience wonderful. I had an amazing time here!"

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. The property itself is well maintained though quite old and main drawbacks is the fact that the property itself is old as well as the fact that people smoke within and outside the premises. This makes for a poorer experience otherwise I will give it 5 stars."
