"Was not able to check in hotel , front office was at no help said they could not find reservation even after having confirmation / reservation # off of Expedia , charged for room was not able to resolve issue and left property drove home same night .To find out hotel won’t issue a refund ."

"Didn’t receive information on checking in after sending repeat request for a PIN number for the room. Only got in room with help from cleaning lady. Odd there is no staff onsite for assistance.
Very poor WiFi, tv couldn’t connect or get a signal. Room only had one night lamp, still had bugs on floor, pet potty area needed maintenance, no grass only dirt. Needed more towels.
Room was very spacious."

"I had previously called the hotel to ask about a deposit the man told me no but when I got there the man told me it was a deposit since it was my first time which no problem he said only cash I went and got cash and brought it back. The room was okay the tv was outdated.
