"Excellent hotel in a restored historic building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Views of river and castle are beautiful. About a 10 minute walk to central Cochem. Lovely, quiet place with a cute wine bar next door. Easy parking behind hotel. No elevator, however, so pack accordingly. Cute self service bar and patio."

"Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. I hope this review may encourage readers to enjoy a stay at this hotel as we have enjoyed. "

"Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our brief stay in the dog-friendly Ferienresidenz Brauneberger Hof. The small town is very quaint with a superb walking path alongside the Mosel River. Our very comfortable room had patio access to the back garden for our dogs. The shared eating area and kitchen were exceedingly well-equipped. We would definitely revisit and recommend this hotel to others."
