"Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building. Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. "This is a wonderful example of historic English buildings that have been updated for modern stays without losing their architectural quirks and historical oddities. Not ideal for people with limited mobility, but we enjoyed ducking under low lintels and walking over uneven floors, some of which have been around for several centuries. "A Proper Little Gem(We Almost Kept It Secret) Our stay felt wonderfully homely,with every comfort we could ask for,including a few we never knew we needed! Barry was an excellent host whose entertaining stories and warm welcome made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. "Well when i got their they said I didn't booked a lodge, they placed me and my mrs upstairs bare in mind my fiance as got physical disabilities where she struggling to walk up stairs, the staff wasn't engaging with us, and left us to defend our self's, would never recommend anyone to go to this site"
