"Love it…."

"The room was spacious and updated but the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. There was an odd odor- not exactly smelly or mildewy but just not right. That may be from the old carpet. The breakfast was meh, but that was to be expected. Parking was great. It shares the parking lot with the Rooms 2 Go showroom so you can actually access the lot from either street. We were towing a trailer and there were ample spots where we could pull through to park. I really appreciate that planning as many hotels have single spaces with a curb which means I actually have had to take up more that two spaces to park. Nitpicks- I wish they had a covered portico at the front door. It was raining for 3 of our 5 nights and it would have been nice to load/unload the car out of the rain. There is ample space in the one bedroom suites for a full size refrigerator instead of the tiny little one provided. The lighting in the living room area did not have a wall switch- it was a nice floor lamp but you have to lean over the end table to access the toggle switch. This is difficult for old folks like me. We had a two bed suite and the bed closest to the door stuck out into the doorway so to close the door you have to push the bed over. Finally, there were no hanging racks in the bathroom for towels except for a small hook on the door which the hair dryer bag was hanging on. I would stay here again as it was very convenient to the event we were attending. The staff were excellent!"

"I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend this location. The property is very clean and well maintained."

"Truly shocked at the high ratings. While the staff was all friendly that’s the only good thing about this hotel. For the price I’m just very disappointed. It’s rundown and dirty. I really wish I would have read the google reviews before booking because they are much more accurate. The shower had mold and soap scum. Wall paper was coming off the walls. The couch grossed me out I couldn’t even sit on it, it looked dirty and worn down. We had a reservation for 5 people and were only given 3 towels. The hair dryer didn’t work and there was no conditioner. The toilet ran all night and was really loud. The breakfast was ok, muffins were undercooked and eggs were super watery. They do have waffles which were good. Location was close to a lot of store and not super far from downtown."

"The lobby had an odor. Room was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom. There was hair in the bed. I literally slept on towels. The refrigerator was old, dirty, and missing a handle. I will never return."
