"The beach was the best part of our trip, staff was friendly. Property needs lots of maintenance. Had cold water the 1st day.
Ordered lunch at the pool ;waited for like half an hr and we didn’t get it so we had to cancel the order."

"Always call properties before booking to know about “ additional fees” each location has separate rules that Expedia does not tell you about til u show up and if not budgeted correctly can delay or ruin trip there’s a $10 per day parking fee and a $50 hold but besides that hotel,location,food was excellent will definitely add to list of “ double back” if planning to stay in area again"

"Laundry machines did not work, also 3.50 per washer AND dryer wasn’t fun. However the pool was well maintained, breakfast was great and a rotating menu daily (no same breakfast 2 days in a row!) and the Loft Room was an excellent way to stay in HHI"
