"Expedia messed up the description. The description says the room selection are 1 bedroom,2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. but when I checked in - it was a studio. I have to show the Hotel front desk of the description error by Expedia. Luckily , they are very understand and helped us to upgrade to 1 bedroom without charging us extra. I think it is purely Expedia's fail. and causes the problem. wasted our time to move around.. They should refund the money back to us"

"Loved the room, the beautiful courtyard with a firepit, the lobby with fireplace, the free breakfast and later in day, we found cider donuts by the front desk! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the free Tuesday/Thursday happy hour was wonderful!"

"William and Jeff were incredible I traveled with my dad and he needed a fair amount of assistance. William and Jeff are outstanding employees who clearly give it their all to help the guests. William even brought my dad chocolate chip cookies while he was waiting for me to come back from a walk The rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was incredibly helpful"
