"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. When we got into our room, we found it was never cleaned. He quickly found a different room to put us in and that room still had garbage in one of the cans. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I feel we should have gotten SOMETHING....literally anything for the inconvenience of getting into a room that was never cleaned."

"Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean spacious and well designed. The TV choices were OK, but not great. Would have loved Fox Business News available. Breakfast was good altho I threw away a stale English Muffin. The next one was good. Very convenient for our purposes around Lake Zurich."

"I forgot to put the tag on my door handle, so the housekeeper started banging on my door at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not just once, but several times so that I had to get out of bed to tell her I was still sleeping! That was incredibly rude, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Terrible.
The check in guy was really nice though."
