I parked in front of my unit so I knew the car was safe. Staff were friendly and approachable. Supermarkets and hospital were within walking distance. I was so happy with the room. It was super cozy. I'll definitely be back some day. Thank-you for a lovely stay."

"Well-appointed, comfortable cabin in a lovely setting. Interior is spacious with kitchen area separated from living area and bedroom. Bathroom is a bit cramped with cabinet overshadowing the sink. Furnishings are in excellent condition and comfortable. Interesting art work on the walls. "

"It is a beautiful location. Stunning pool and surrounds - unfortunately the condition of the timber walkways is a real concern. Crystalbrook Byron has to spend a lot of time and money to replace and make good these walkways, to lift their profile and compete in this retreat space."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"We were very happy with our last-minute decision to stop and stay at the drifter in Byron Bay. Staff was extremely accommodating both upon arrival and departure. Location is very handy to everything. We enjoyed our stay thank you."

"There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth."
