"The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean. The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University. Also note when you check in, the air...

"Desk clerk had the personality of a sign post. The location is extremely noisy! Expect several trains to pass by during your attempt to sleep. Also the loud racing trucks playing loud tejano music on their cars and truck as they race up and down the streets.. The room was acceptable."

"I’ve stayed at this property at least five times now and absolutely love it. AND I will continue to stay there. This is NOT A complaint. Just a comment on something that seems otherwise out of character. My only comment would be that the woman at the front desk during the day on Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st (who is a bit older than most of the employees) is very unpleasant and and makes you feel like you’re bothering her showing up. We’ve experienced that with the same woman...
