"The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. "They charge for beach towels. Shower water pressure was weak. The room was very noisy from the outdoor noise. It wa as if the windows did not exist or opened when they were closed. Check in time was not as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Felt every spring while you slept. "

"We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . "Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. "Super hotel... Uns hat es echt gut gefallen... Der eigene strand vom hotel echt schön. Und das essen super lecker ☺️ Alle waren total lieb und hilfsbereit DANKE♥️ Die lage hat uns auch gefallen... Man hatte alles was nötig ist in der umgebung des hotels... außer zur city war es doch einbischen weit... Aber sind mit den taxi gut rumgekommen... Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist , die zimmer könnten sauberer sein und auf hygiene achten. Möbeln waren auch sehr alt und kaputt... Echt traurig...
