"When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. "We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception .

Uns hat es echt gut gefallen...
Der eigene strand vom hotel echt schön.

Die lage hat uns auch gefallen...
Man hatte alles was nötig ist in der umgebung des hotels...
außer zur city war es doch einbischen weit...
Aber sind mit den taxi gut rumgekommen...
Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist ,
die zimmer könnten sauberer sein und auf hygiene achten.
Möbeln waren auch sehr alt und kaputt...
Echt traurig...

"We didn't get to spend much time here, but the resort was lovely and clean. Felt very safe! Enjoyed the convenience of the cafe, restaurants and spa. Staff was great all around!"
