We did have a small issue with housekeeping, there is a room service tray left by our front door upon check-in from prior guest and not picked up for two days. Also, we had asked for additional towels that never came. We will definitely be back though, as the location and resort itself is wonderful."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "

"The room was great. Very clean and up to date. We had a great view of the marina and the ocean. Might need to mention that this particular building only has stairs. There was an issue with a faulty structure that could had been handled much better but overall good."

"We stayed here in March and was a great value given every hotel in the area was outrageously expensive. The room fit my family of 3 very comfortably, with 2 beds, a fridge and even a small kitchen. My only complaint was the bathroom, tiny tiny shower. Loved the pool area although was frozen cold. Wish the tiki bar has been a functioning one for a quick snack or drink but there are lots of dining options around. Check in was easy and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. "Really neat houseboat hotel concept, enjoyed our 5 days there. Bagel shop and shopping walking distance. Staff was super nice and helpful. "

"The view was very nice of the beach however the room itself was outdated and needs updates. The coach was ripped with stuffing coming out, the shower had an old faucet and the water would only stay hot for a short period and then it would change to lukewarm. The mattress was very squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall it was clean but needs updates. "
