"The room was clean when we arrived. The front staff was kind and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights but housekeeping didn't come in and take trash, dirty towels or make the bed. Breakfast was good! There was toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, waffles, fruits, coffee and juices! And parking was right in front of or beside our room! The AC worked very well also! "

"The shower knobs were going the wrong way. Hot was cold. Cold was hot. There were hairs in the bathtub, including pubic cares. Just need an overall clean. It doesn’t look like it have been planned to very well. The plumbing was all upside down. Really couldn’t get hot water, and the tub stopper did not work. Though the lady at check in was really nice and informative. That was the only plus."

"The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. I would give him 5 stars. Said would give us a room that would be comfortable and quiet. Then while walking to the room another worker tried to move us to another room, very strange. We kept the original room. The pool and spa were ok. Got noisy later on but after 10 pm it was quiet. The room needs to be updated. Carpet and walls, beds weren’t very appealing. The towels in the room definitely need to get NEW ONES!! "
