The floors had dorta and food and grim on them and under the fridge and and under the microwave there as a layer of sticky stuff and food and roaches came running out when we moved them. Has book another room at another hotel and they said they will confirm a refund and now they won't answer the phone. "

We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next day we were gone all day and when we came back to the room nothing had been touched— as in no fresh towels, no beds made and to top it all off our rooms phone was disconnected and did not work. Plus it was labeled for a different room than the one we were in. "
