"The room hadnt even been cleaned properly. we found someone else's gross belongings in the bedside table. There was rotting food, a half smoked cigarette butt among other items in the drawer. The room did not smell good and it was questionable that the linens had been changed. By the time we got back to our room after the event we went to and discovered this it was late and I was so grossed out i slept on top of the blankets and barely got any sleep that night. "The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night. "Pool and hot tub weren’t available during our stay, but we weren’t notified about this until after check-out process. Then we were told we couldn’t get a refund if we canceled our room. The woman at the front desk was unkind and made us feel terrible. We were told that the manager would call us the next day, but that never happened. Room was clean and breakfast was ok. The front desk area was never staffed when we came through during our stay. Would not recommend. "

"Only there for one night but property was in great shape. I left medication in the refrigerator accidentally when I flew out of the airport. They found it and kept it cold and safe until my grandson could retrieve it for me. The staff are kind and were trustworthy for my stay. "
