"The "superior" room we stay at was smelling weird and we asked to change and they said they will change but later they said there was no "same level" room available and put us in a smaller room (not even half the size of the room we booked) but the lady at the counter apologized and gave us a complementary buffet dinner... although I think the price was not close to match, still, her attitude was commendable and we accepted. Rooms need to be maintained better otherwise this is an excellent...
