"Overall, I had a good stay. The property was clean and well maintained, and the parking area was spacious and convenient. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find everything you need. While the hotel wasn't perfect and there are a few small areas that could be improved, the overall experience was positive. I would consider staying here again."

"Stayed here for a wedding nearby and the stay was great! The room was very clean and spacious! The staff are very polite and informative with any and all questions asked! I don’t usually like breakfast at hotels but I must say that this one surprised me! So much to choose from and lots of seating! I would return again and recommend to our friends & family!"

"Sheets were stained and ripped. Garbage was all over the parking lot. Including a zip locked bag of raw meat near the front door. Room was surprisingly clean considering how old and run down the room was. Ripped curtain, dirty walls, chipped furniture. Very very disappointed as we Have stayed here before and it was good for the money. I give it at two out of ten."

"I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks."

"Clean room, comfy bed. Amenities were great. Quiet stay. Pool was nice and warm and clean. Breakfast was a full breakfast with everything you could want. Would definitely stay again."

"The property is somewhat dated. The Mai. Entrance has an odour but the room was fine. Staff were friendly, professional, and courteous."

"The hotel is located by the lake in the centre of the town. Is the service attitude good, but its facilities are slightly better than those of a motel. I wonder why it is classified under IHG on the website."

"Room was dirty. Hair behind door, toilet itself had a rim and poop on the sides. Bathroom door was so dirty... black handprints ... obviously hadn't been cleaned In months. I took a list down to the front desk asking for it to be cleaned. Came back to hotel at 830pm. .... didn't even get regular housekeeping service!!!!! Left the hotel that night.... too dirty and old to stay in. Of course they charged me 500.00 for 2 nights even though we left!!!!"

"No ac in any of the three rooms the staff attempted to place us in. Weird mouldy smell in all rooms, broken window glass in 2 of the 3 rooms we were offered. Very sketchy overall feel."
