"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids...

"Attentive, helpful staff, they reopened the restaurant when we arrived in the early afternoon so we could get a bite to eat. They could not have done more to take care of us. For English only speakers language is a minor challenge. Sending requests via What’s App so they can translate was helpful. Likewise using Google Translate or equivalent gets the job done. Excellent buffet breakfast, beautiful sunrise views from our room. Best shower in Taiwan."

"Very nice view over the Sun Moon Lake. Spacious room but the hotel feels a bit outdated. The room could have better soundproofing. The parking is at 5 minutes on foot uphill. The hotels offers discount on some activities, which is great. The staff can be a bit cold, but good stay overall."
