"This hotel is imposter. They show you the most beautiful immaculate pictures. In the whole entire world for you to stay at this hotel, you get there. And it's like the e b nibbles creepy business, this place is more for condemning. Not for family are single women. Be careful, this hotel is not safe. "The property appears to be in the middle of some updates. However those didn’t seem to make it into the rooms themselves. The photos are deceiving. I ended changing rooms ones because of what appeared to be mold on the AC unit. The second room wasn’t much better. I found gum stuck to the bathroom vanity, toothpaste drips all down the front of the vanity, missing light bulbs and so much more. There was a strong sewer gas small in the hallways. Very clean but the bed was tiny, not sure if it was a Queen, leaning toward that it was just a full, there was also a twin bed in the room-I don't think this was the room I reserved, when we checked in the clerk couldn't find our reservation, when asked how we booked it, I said Expedia he was then able to find it. "This was the perfect place to explore Custer, Wind Cave and mammoth site. The staff was great and our kids loved seeing all the deer and rabbits outside the room every day. We will definitely be back."
