"Great staff, wonderful pool and hot tub! Excellent continental breakfast. Super location to all shopping and restaurants. 1880 train to Keystone across the street. Rooms are very clean and service to maintain daily is offered. Check out Nana’s kitchen across the street from this wonderful Super 8. You’ll get to understand how Hill City got its name the more you interact with the town folks they are just awesome! This is the place to Stay in Hill City!"

"The cabins are very old and outdated. Overall it was clean but definitely needs upgrading."

"The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was in a great location. The breakfast was lame. There was packaged muffins, bread and a do-it-yourself waffle maker. No fruit or other varieties. No juice, only coffee or tea. We stayed 3 nights. There was no room service the until the second day when the trash was dumped, the towels picked up and the bed made."

"We traveled to this location during the night and it was incredibly hard to see the road signs leading to it. Most of the roads were dirt and some of them were washed out from rain. It is best to get here during daylight."

"It was clean and was comfortable. The location was close to the eating establishments and shops. It was also close to Mount Rushmore."

"All of the staff were so kind and helpful. They had cute little extras that made it a special place to stay. Chalk around the property to draw, pools, rocking chairs outside at the main building, laundry, cookie time. The cafe on property was good, a little pricey though. The room wasn’t anything special, the rest of the property made it special."
