"Staff was very accommodating"

"I would like to add first that our stay was lovely and very comfortable however the hot tub is a different story. We went out to use the hot tub while on our stay only to be met with dissatisfaction unfortunately. We were unable to get the hot tub to warm up above 77 degrees. We tried for a bout a hour and to see if time would help but unfortunately no hot tub for us on this stay. The sauna was occupied each time we tried to use it or we would have warmed up that way. "I booked this property pretty close to the last minute and had low expectations. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. There was good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. We expected road noise, due to location, but otherwise had a quiet stay, and the noise machine blocked out the highway sounds. I took off one star for value.
