"Outdated!! For a highly regarded spa resort I couldn’t find a reason to go back, & I was thrilled I didn’t pay full price. When checking in the staff were lovely & helpful. After checking into the room it very quickly became clear the carpet hadn’t been hoovered. Housekeeping came and attended the room whilst out. "Only one towel for the room, stairs with no elevator option. No air conditioning available. Provided fan didn’t actually work. Bathroom sink was broken. Toilet flush mechanism worked every 3rd flush. People next door were smoking and the smoke was coming into our window. And to top it off, I got food poisoning from the attached restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs. Only thing good was the hotel staff."
