"Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. There were unpainted doors and noticeable unpainted portions of the bathroom walls, which made the bathroom look unfinished and poorly maintained. The toilet also continued to run for several minutes after flushing, and there appeared to be a possible water leak above the bathroom fan. I could clearly hear water dripping from the area of the bathroom above, which was concerning. Overall, the room appeared to need better maintenance...

"Easy check-in & out. Bar was well stocked and bartender was friendly and attentive. One free drink per registered guest was a surprise. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfy with nice sheets and pillows. Loved the bathroom too. Would totally recommend this OLD FLORIDA hotel!"

"We brought our own Keurig Coffeemaker and pods - luckily - as there was no coffee pot in the room. That being said, it was available upon request at the front desk as you checked in! (blow-dryers, dishes, pots and pans for cooking, etc.) overall stay was really nice and close to the beaches and really good variety of restaurants and grocery stores nearby!"

"I can't say enough about the Tropical Resort and Marina, The guy at check-in is always so nice and helpful, the cleaning staff is great, their property is always clean and attended, the pool is perfect. Like I said form check-in to check out is always just so easy. They usually have Live Music and Food Truck on the week-ends which is a plus. All in all 5 *"
