"Everything was wonderful from the free breakfast to the friendly staff. The only thing I would like to change is to be able to stay on the first floor bc the stairs were difficult for my wife. Also it would be helpful if they had more of a lower beach chair that you could lower the back bc the complimentary chairs were a regular folding chair that are not really good for the beach."

"We had a two bed unit that was quite spacious - the staff were oh so nice - I asked If we could have family over in the open lobby area and everyone was so helpful. Good breakast, very fast to replenish food."

"Had to wait a bit to check in as the person on duty was elsewhere on the property. Signs say it’s a non smoking facility yet when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was quickly switched and the employee immediately went to the first room with what looked to be an ozonizer to rectify the problem. Room was very basic but everything worked, however it had a musty smell. When we returned in the evening we noticed some “questionable” guests in the pool area partying and...

"The ice machine didn't work and the hot water wasn't hot but other than that everything was great. Location was great room was clean"

"Lightly worn classic mid-century (1959) architecture. Rooms open onto nice a garden area. A friendly, laid-back atmosphere. Clean room; new AC; nice bed. Unfortunately, the pool was not working when we were there."

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

"I don't think the room was cleaned at all before it was given to me. There was hair in the shower, hair on the sheets, a cup left on the floor and a band-aid. It was pretty disgusting."

"This place was completely disgusting, foul ordr paint chipping off walls and doors. AC did not work. We spoke with front desk they just looed at us like we were crazy."
