"Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. "I had a nice two night stay at the Blackstone. It’s well maintained, clean and staff are friendly. It’s near the river and was a 5-10 minutes walk to the Art Institute and Auditorium Theatre. Bath products were lovely and the robe was so comfy. I was a solo female traveller and I felt very safe and comfortable at this property. Two small considerations: the restaurant closes by 10. Coming home from the theatre, it would have been nice to have a nightcap option that didn’t require an uber ride....

The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!"
