Room was a bit tired, large red wine stain on carpet near window. Didn't have breakfast as price via Expedia was £30 pp!! Was not advised on any breakfast rate by reception at check-in so never had.

Room was clean enough but one large bed for 2 10 year olds and 1 adult was off putting. Apparently the sites that allow you to book dont take into account the number of bodies. This place was perfect for what we needed. He had a slight hiccup with HVAC in our first room then lighting in the second but excellent customer service. Would book there again.
