"I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. The hotel was easy to find and I was happy that it was in a quieter part of the city - I had no trouble...

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but...

"Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. It would be good that Expedia says clearly when there is a big security fee ... fortunately the casher/receptionist let me go in the room without the big fee, that I did not have! I am working for a humanitarian association, I was at the end of my trip, there were no money anymore... so all and all... the room was not great, but ok, the price was really great, but ok,... ohh...

"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. Bereits vor der Anreise erhielten wir auf unsere Anfrage sehr schnell eine Antwort. Auch der Empfang vor Ort war trotz später Ankunft äußerst herzlich. "We booked this room to be close to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "

"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill...

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
