"HI&S has been combined with Indigo Hotel with one check-in desk. Two people man the desk for the hotels. It is difficult to find someone to which you can address a question. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. Walking distance to downtown, the capital, and We did not rent a car and walked or used Uber for longer trips."
