"I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. The manager Rachel was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we checked in on Sunday, we were not informed that breakfast ended at 9:30am . This information was critical and should have been clearly communicated at check-in. "Towels need to be power washed per end of every guest checkout when rooms are being cleaned & ready for next guest. NEVER change towels once a week. That is very unsanitary & gross. "

Location was good for the concert in the Strawberry arena. the breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and many healthy options too. The station is a 25 min walk away, which was nice with the good weather. The Westfield mall is next door. Beds were good too, and the shower had a rainshower. Main thing for me was the price, it was steep. It was a high price due to the concert, but normally I would never pay that amount for...

"Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Stockwerk war eine sehr willkommene Annehmlichkeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bromma Blocks waren toll.
