Cari Taman Liburan di Hwaseong

"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

"It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."

"I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good."

"Always such a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff are so kind. Thank you!"

"It was advertised as being close to the Hwaseung fortress but it was about 1 hour away."

"No good"

"The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. The staff were also friendly, and overall everything was really good. My only regret and downside was that, due to an unavoidable situation, I had to check out early and couldn't use the room for the remaining days. Unfortunately, no partial refund was provided for...

"The area was not nice surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself seemed liked a motel. The rooms were clean but hot. I had to ask for help to fix the ac unit. They helped begrudgingly."
