"We had a great stay at this hotel. The morning breakfast was good with a good selection of East and Western food. The area around the hotel is wonderful. There were great shopping places and so many restaurants to choose from. "

"Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul. "

"Great place to spend near the airport, without any airplane noise and at a quiet end of Incheon. Rooms were very nice and so was the dinner. Pool area was quite busy so we decided not to use it."

"日系ホテルなので初めての韓国旅行でも安心して宿泊することができました。 ロビーでのスタッフさんの対応があたたかく、お部屋もとても清潔で広く、旅の疲れや不安を癒すことができました。 道路を挟んで反対側にはコンビニもあるため、飲食には困りませんでした。 空港直結のリムジンバスは乗り場が近く大変便利でしたが、最寄り駅までは急な下り坂・上り坂のため悪天候であったり旅行後ホテルへ戻る時は少し大変でした。 次回旅行で訪れる時はまた利用させていただきたいです。"

"Rooms are clean and spacious. I read a couple of reviews and saw some were saying that AC doesn’t work. It does! It’s a little complicated with the heated floors option but front desk were super friendly and kind enough to show us how to work the AC system and turn off the heated floors. Rooms are clean and comes with a pretty decent sized refrigerator/freezer. The amenities are great! There’s a big gym with plenty of Pilates/work out machines and free weights, plenty of washer and dryers...
