Hotel Motel 6 di Hyde Park

"My stay was better than expected based on the online reviews. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I could tell the bathroom had been partially updated, but the tub / shower were in bad shape. The tub looked like it either was not clean or had so much ground in dirt that it would not come clean. They have veneer floors that look like hardwood, which I'm sure is more sanitary since this is a pet friendly hotel. The only challenge with these floors is I was on the second floor...

"Overall satisfied with this Motel 6. Nice hot water and TV and AC unit all working well. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. Edges where the floor meets the wall need deeper cleaning. And one odd feature of my bathroom, the door would stick to edge of the toilet bowl and required force to close fully (see photo). In addition the shower faucet dripped. I couldn’t hear it, but it is a waste of water."
