"The staff was always nice and ready to help you"

"The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

"The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!"

"This is a great property that’s conveniently located between Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. It was very and not extremely busy! Hate that you have to pay to park but that would be my only complaint."

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. "

"This was a fantastic find! It was right in the middle of a cool little neighborhood, so it was super easy to pop our stroller out for walks to go to restaurants, and there was even a festival happening in the park. The free parking spot in the parking lot was clutch, and the space was even bigger than the pictures indicated. The only issue we had was the keypad lock was a little tricky to operate, but customer service answered quickly and helped us out. Overall, very happy!"

"We had previously visited the Graduate in Oxford Mississippi and there is no comparison. The Graduate in Oxford is a beautiful high end hotel with great amenities, awesome roof top bar, everything you would love. The Graduate in Cincinnati was nothing similar. The staff was nice enough, but the decor and amenities were not comparable to we expected based on our Oxford experience. The carpet in the room looked clean, but had an unfortunate smell. "If you are staying in Cincinnati, this is the hotel to book a reservation. It is immaculate, smartly decorated, and the staff are wonderful! We received a complementary welcome drink at the rooftop bar and a delicious free breakfast off the menu. Our dinner at the restaurant was superb. We had the pork chop, and the salmon dish and both were perfectly prepared. We highly recommend The Celare."
