"The room Smelled like mold. They tried to upgrade it with paint only. Everything about the room was SO Uncomfortable that I cancelled my stay and moved to another hotel. The Front desk person was very helpful and accommodating. The pool area's were very nice looking. But the Room was Horrible. "

"We were placed in a room that didn’t lock and given a wedge that didn’t work because of the tile floors. They were “full” so we couldn’t move rooms. We were told we would get a refund due to the unlocked room but by the time morning came they refused to refund us. "

"Pool was ok, a bit too small for the size of the resort, room was clean, AC was out(they fixed it as soon as possible) renovations around the hotel so some areas were under construction. We travel with kids - non smoking policy signs everywhere, but not followed by the guests and not enforced either, saw people with cigarettes, vapes and joints around. Over all hotel was a pleasant experience, hopefully we improve those areas because we would like to come back. "
