Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil.
Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided.
Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled.
AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating.
Wrong / double billing for laundry.
Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed.
In total a bad experience.

This is regarding 5th floor.
Conditions of toilets are terrific.
Paint is peeled off on some places.
Bath water is not good found some mud flowing through tap, not sure when was last tanks cleaned.
Sofa conditions were poor.
No toilet door mats / Tap water leaking/ muddy smell all over.

Worst staying
Very poor maintenance….no house keeping and management just argue with guests.
My suite was not ready for guests at all. TV never worked and they couldn’t fix it. The mini fridge never worked. They did house keeping after several requests after I checked-in.
The faucets are so worst….tub is very dirty and did not use. Shower heads not working and looks really dirty
I won’t prefer this hotel
