The location is great! Excellent staff- they are extremely helpful! Great food and nice breakfast buffet. The property needs maintenance. The twin beds are very small - very hard for two people to sleep on each bad. I requested for a non-smoking floor and I got one. But I saw a few people were drinking and smoking in a room adjacent to mine. Their door was open and smoke from cigarettes was all over the floor None of their house skipping staffs bothered to complain or report. I reported the incident to the front desk and they shifted me to a different floor. This was a big hassle late in the night. They should strictly enforce the policies

The hotel is beautiful and check in was so smooth. The room was great, the sheets were clean, and it had a great view. But the room smelled of stale cigarettes, the carpet probably could probably use shampooing to get rid of the smell, easy fix and it would be absolutely perfect!!

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was polite and happy to help Things which were not great 1. Bathroom are designed badly. Mirror and sink were in opposite direction. Find hard to shave 2. Room had basic things but missing core things like Safe, Iron 3. Room service was way to expensive. 4. Overall overpriced

Great location, good room, very good staff

Great location. Close to hospitals, corporate offices. Lots of eateries and shops near by. Sharath City mall 1km away. Good size, comfortable room. Housekeeping team very helpful. All staff were polite and helpful. Food from room service average. Breakfast buffet wasn't included. Decent spread. Sheets clean, comfy beds, towels had light staining. Pool was average, pool side not very inviting. Gym looked decent; didn't use it.

Selected this hotel based on experience with other Radissons. The common areas and dining facilities were acceptable and the food was good. However, my room was not up to Radisson standards. The carpet was worn and had large stains. The sound-proofing was not good and noises from room next door and hallway were distracting. The rooms really need to be refreshed.
