Heavenly retreat

Absolutely mesmerising. The proximity to the beach, the infinity swimming pool , eating out in a natural beautiful garden.,, also having access to the body treatments such as hammam make this hotel truly stand out. I am in love with it

Just a terrible motel 6 type hotel. Tiny room, very poorly designed. It was so tiny that we had to choose if we wanted room to walk or could open the suitcases (and ours are hand luggage small ones). Instead of real bathroom there is a glass shower cabin with a curtain. The worst part was the noise from all sides - the noise from the highway never stops, and from inside the hotel on our first night there was a concert until 11:30 pm which was insanely loud. The beach is close, but it’s a crappy one and very windy with crazy waves. And on the other side there is an actual swamp. There is a swimming pool but it’s indoors which felt a bit stupid in the summer. All in all - possibly worst hotel stay ever. There is nothing around the hotel, so we were forced to take breakfast there. On the positive side - it’s right between the port and the town, so we could go to porquerolle and the old city for dinner.

This hotel is in a great location , the beach is right out back the staff is great and very welcoming and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable! I like this hotel and think it could be a really gem but the exterior of the building really needs some attention like a new color and paint , the grounds definitely need improvement too !

Location was great and walkable to the main dining options. Parking was free and convenient on the property. Breakfast was €13 and was good variety. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the bathroom/shower situation left little to no privacy. There was just a curtain between the shower and the beds. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, so we didn’t even get to use it.

Hotel très correct Accueillant, aimable, serviable et respectueux. Les chambres sont nettoyées un peu tardivement, mais avec changement de serviettes dans l’esprit écologique. Accueil Thalasso très sympathique et agréable.Soins bien effectués, avec attention et professionnalisme. Très bonne réception et cordiales relations avec les professionnels de la piscine a l’eau de mer. Au total, séjour agréable a recommander en toute confiance . Y compris pour les repas et les petits dejo. En avril, penser à se couvrir avec des coups de vent frais et parfois un ptdr pluie.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double plus supplément pour avoir une logia avec vue sur le jardin, nous avons été servis d'une chambre avec 2 lits individuels, au rez de chaussée avec pour toute vue le mur du restaurant et un énorme laurier coupant toute vue et obscurcissant la chambre. A la réception rien n'a été fait pour corriger ni le lit double, ni un changement de chambre pour avoir la vue que nous avions pourtant payée le prix fort.

Très bel emplacement, un petit hotel type resort qui mériterait un petit peu plus de propreté des communs (couloirs poussièreux par exemple) et beaucoup plus d'aimabilité par le personnel (réflexions, service lent, pas de sourires...). Egalement : manque de placeds de parking. L'établissement pourrait être extra, mais on ne se sent pas bienvenu du tout, presque on gêne ? Côté prix : très cher pour un Ibis
