"Bathroom was not clean. Hair from the previous visitor was on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower curtain was discolored. Elevator was too small, and only fit 1 person with their belongings in it at a time. Crumbs on top of the fridge. Found someone’s credit card in one of the drawers, which also indicated that they’re not cleaning the rooms properly. Indoor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. "Breakfast and coffee included would have made a difference. The hotel was also very cold. They adjusted it by the second night but it was unnecessarily over-chilled. Otherwise, very nice rooms."

"do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time"

"I’ve booked direct before and don’t remember being charged for parking $15 per day which is crazy since there is ample parking surrounded by businesses who would certainly not use the hotel’s parking. It may be because I booked with Expedia which was a huge savings even with paying for parking, my only surprise."

"Considering it’s in a nice area and pricey, the sinks and shower water pressure was terrible. There is none so you can’t wash your hair. "The room was clean. There is not a breakfast buffet. There is not a pool. There is a gym. They say convince area but no one working the area. The registration people were always busy. Music blasting in the lobby and because it’s pet friendly there were dogs barking at all hours. Only two towels for a family of four."

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"
