"I had an amazing check-in experience with Crystal. We were able to check in right away with no issues at all. The staff was very welcoming every time we entered and left the hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean. They ask you if you would like to have room service every day or every other day. The Wi-Fi is good. This is close to a lot of locations and train stations so it was very easy to get around there is a 24 hour ping-pong place right next-door which was super fun. There is Starbucks...

Perfect location, good security so there are no random walk ins from the very crowded time square, the decor was fun and varied, bathrooms small but functional and had everything needed & everything was clean. HOWEVER, the thing that ruined this for us was the bed. It was so uncomfortable I woke up every hour with pain in my hips, shoulders etc. and so did my 10 year old.
