However the night staff was terrible and even actively hostile, the amenity fee was a surprise and included different things depending on who you talk to, and pedestrian access was unsafe especially if you have kids or people who struggle with mobility. "From the personal welcome by Isabelle to departure this boutique hotel is amazing! Upon arrival I was served proseco and walked to my room. It was clean, fab bathroom, robes …all of it great. A mini breakfast (yogurt, muffin, coffee, juice was also included). The rooftop bar and view of ocean cant be beat."

"The property is being redone and looks much better . The water pressure is amazing ! That said if you care about your money don’t stay here . They took my deposit . Saw it come out of my account as I showed the very rude desk girl immediately ( she claimed they didn’t get it but gave us the room anyway ) . As of 2 weeks later according to my bank the hotel still hasn’t released my deposit of $125.00 . And extremely rude when I ask about it "
