"Everything is nice"

"I wouldn’t go back. The bedroom is so small , I couldn’t get around the end of the bed to go pee but instead had to crawl over my wife. It’s a sterile high truck conceft building with heavy bleach smell in the hallway and a robot going back and forth cleaning, the fridge had a toxic cleaner odor that the food absorbed. The area was good with transportation, groceries and restaurants all nearby and also close to the airport."

"Rude check in staff. Otherwise hotel was very clean and nice. Avoid 8th floor. Constant pounding from base from pool music. Restaurant surprisingly excellent. I would stay there again"

"Pros: Modern, well maintained, Very comfortable apartment with mini kitchen (includes cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Furniture was minimalist but comfortable. Cons: No shopping or restaurants close to the property. Transport links are also 10-15 mins walk, so taxis and ride apps are best to get around. IFEMA conference centre a good 30 mins walk due to construction and walkway closures."

"Property well maintained, staff was great but wifi was horrible. NO free wifi. You had to join a club which I tried and unable to join due to keep getting errors. It seems this place don't have strong wifi signal. Not a good location for good places to eat 😕"

We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy. BUT it was uncomfortable and will cause us to consider an alternative hotel in the...

"Besides being convenient with an free airport shuttle, Sercotel was impressively clean and organized. David, at the front desk, was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. It was near a few restaurants and even had a pool! I was very impressed with this facility and would definitely return."
