"Clean rooms "

"Food delicious, rooms clean, water pressure fantastic. Only complaint - no stairs!"

"Good customer service "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no hot water and the door was falling off the hinge. The wifi is also very spotty. "

"The booking i made thru hotel.com was not found. I paid for 2 nights. I had to pay afresh and reduced my stay to one night. Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case"

"Very terrible Resident to stay"

"Lighting was poor. The TV was showing just one channel Intercom wasn't working and Water didn't run in the morning and I was leaving by 7:30am. That experience was terrible."

"No WiFi, no internet, one sheet for the whole stays (4 days) same food serve everyday, dirty environment, no light except NEPA brings light, bucket and bowl in the bathroom "

"I had a terrible time, the receptionist, precious did not know about my booking, I was given a room of #8,000. It was really terrible. I’m fast they did not want to give me any room. Not Expedia’s fault. It’s the hotel management and their system. "

"I was not allowed to stay and was not informed ahead. I was told on arrival that the facility was being fumigated for COVID and the workers were really arrogant and rude . I was stranded for hours and had to find another hotel "
