"This place is fun to go to once in a while as a quick vacay. The rooms are designed in fun themes and and nice ambiance. The downfall is this place needs a good go through. Lots of band aid fixes that should bw taken care of around the building. My room had 5 or 6 2x4s horizontally set up under the bed becuase the slats were broken or bowed all out of place and the joints between the headboards/running and foot boards were loose and wobble/ricketing (😅) Those are easy fixes for the comfort of the customer. Overall the stay was nice. The room was used for its intention, but for not being upkept and pre-maintenenced as is should, I feel the price for the room is a little high. Staff was hit and miss. Some looking professional in a uniform and welcoming others loking like they just woke up and wore dirty shirts with saggy pants and minimal social skills. Crazy to see that 11 yrs ago I refinished the tub/shower in The Juliet Suite at the time, it was so much more organized. Still after those things it is still a fun place to stay at from time to time. Best to wait for deals because the regular price is higher than the quality. That is from someone that has stayed at mutliple rooms in both SLC and Logan locations. Not sure how their Idaho place is, just Utah."

"Absolutely lovely stay! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the minute I walked in (and even provided a goodie bag for having a bit of status with Expedia? Such a nice surprise!) Room was super spacious and comfy, and it was centrally located to lots of nice restuarants and bars in downtown SLC. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm in SLC. "

"We decided not to stay. On the surface it looked clean but minor things like the cup holder in the thearter chair was dirty. The layout was strange. To use the hideaway bed, which didn't exist and should have, we would have to move a theater chair and the coffee table. The area was pretty cramped. I sat on the bed in one room and sank almost to the box springs. I didn't want to wake up with a backache."

"We really enjoyed our stay - convenient location, quiet and clean, with a great pool and jacuzzi, business center, fitness center, and lovely breakfast each day included. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very clean room and very comfortable bed in a quiet setting. Rooms and bathroom are updated. Called desk and quick response. AC was great. Although came at 4 am and problem with computer, we liked the hotel itself. Elevator was appreciated. We found a delightful Italian restaurant and walked 2 blocks. Lots of parking. "
