Hotel dekat ISCON Mall

"Liked everything in the hotel staff are helpful and approachable all other amenities are good looking forward to stay again Thank you"

"Staff is not flexible especially for the front staff."

"My experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad was extremely disappointing. For a hotel carrying the Hilton name and charging premium prices, the quality of the rooms and the level of service should be much better. The room experience fell short of expectations, and the overall stay did not feel worth the money. The hotel needs to pay much more attention to room maintenance, cleanliness, and the quality of its facilities. The staff experience was equally frustrating. Guests should be treated...

"Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel"

"Staff are standout, nicer and more welcoming and professional than all the 5 stars I’ve stayed at."

"Very friendly staff, an amazing and peaceful property, and a great location right in the heart of the main hub. An ideal place to stay if you’re visiting for business or professional commitments. The fast internet is definitely a big plus! My only suggestion would be to clean out the sediment buildup in the bathroom plumbing, particularly in the shower and bidet, to improve water flow. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"Rooms are too old..they need to do renovations."

"Everything was good. Just bathroom needs hand towels by default. Had to call someone for that."

"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists."
