"Near the train station and close to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, staff are great. Other than that the rest are not good. Very old building, tiny room, you can hear people talking on the hallway even if they just talk normal. Squeaking floors, no A/C, elevator is too tiny, only one person with luggage can fit. I don't know how people can survive there during the summer season or hot days, I won't stay there for sure. There's no amenity there. I will not recommend this."

"What hot tub? Would be nice to get over view of amenities at check in. We couldve used a hot tub. Room was clean and had a small kitchenette which was nice. Bring ground coffee so you can make your own. Sheer curtains were unsettling the first night til we found out the next day there are hurricane shutters you can lower. No a/c so it gets hot. But for the money these things can be OK. Just be aware going in. Staff was kind and friendly."

"This hotel has a very professional and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help. The room is clean and simple. I was here for a pilgrimage. Don’t expect the Ritz. There is no air conditioning. You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk. The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive and the food is very good. I ate dinner there twice. I was content with the food. There are many shops including the one at the hotel, which offers a ten percent discount and a free candle for the candlelight procession at 9 pm."

"Arrived late and had to use automated check in. Had to buzz for help code for door not given. Room adequate clean. Air conditioning did NOT work. Cheap price for cheap room."
