"At arrival, the building was beautiful to behold- unbeknownst to us, it would hold a number of things that wouldnt quite match the outer beauty of the building. "Hotel is a lovely old grande style. We had a seaview room that was enormous with settee, table and chairs, great views over the ocean and spacious bathroom so very comfortable. Only thing missing was a small fridge which could fit easily. Good restaurant onsite. The buffet breakfast was good (a cheaper option not stated on the menu) as we don't eat cooked breakfasts. The highlight was the evening piano bar with a great female vocalist (later in the week). Staff were very good. Parking is fine...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. On arrival, I was made to feel welcome and the hotel policies explained in a friendly manner including the WiFi password. The room was cleaned during my stay and there were complimentary amenities left in reception for guests outside of normal hours . This was a nice touch to be able to get extra milk for coffee late at night. Lovely friendly staff ,and great security . The location of the property is excellent. I would return again ."

"It is very nice budget accommodation. The location is outstanding, right on the beach. The parking could be a challenge. It cost £10 a day. Shower was lovely hot. All restaurants are close by. Including band stand. We have a lovely stay. We will come back again"
