Jetted tub was nasty when I filled the tub up and turned the jets on hair came out of them and the faucet wouldn’t shut off! Paid extra for the jetted tub suite and didn’t even get to use it. King size bed was as hard as plywood!

Towels in room where dirty and stained. Room next door had the TV on very loud. I called the front desk and was told they could not do anything and i should either know on their door myself at 12.pm midnight, call the police and then she hung up.
