"The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, and check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable and clean. The place is run down and the pool is empty, but it was all relatively clean. When I got to the room, all seemed fine until I turned on the lights and saw the smeared greasy handprint on the mirror outside the bathroom. "Super 8's can obviously be hit-or-miss, but I've had enough good experiences that I stick with them. This Super 8 in Pocatello was the absolute BEST I've ever seen. The facility as a whole was very clean and well-maintained. My room was outstanding. And all three staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. I booked the room on a last-minute whim, based on other peoples' positive reviews. Turns out they were right, this is an EXCELLENT hotel!"
