"The room was good and had good AC, but the lobby and halls were smokey and the hall carpet was maintained with duct tape. The main entrance was a mess and had what looked like homeless people always sitting there. Needed cleaning."

"Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. Over all, I gave it a good rating but I remember when it was excellent."

"Staff is great. Unbeatable breakfast. Pools are nice but hot tub leaves a lot to be desired in size and cleanliness. Multiple issues with sinks/bath/electrical (sink didn’t drain, constant overhead light flickering) we had to call maintenance about. They were very responsive but I didn’t get the sense that they were checking things proactively or reporting issues internally as they came up. Great location along the river greenway."
